Gas Exploration
Most Aspen Rose Ranch property owners also own 100% of their mineral rights. Pioneer Natural Resources holds a mineral lease on the Ranch, and it is also part of the Sangre De Cristo Unit Agreement. However, no exploration or production is currently in progress or anticipated.
