ARR Community Services
Aspen Rose Property Owners Association maintains a parcel box located near the community mailboxes. Each property owner is provided with one key (no charge) to open the parcel box to pickup packages delivered from USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Additional keys are $8.00 and can be obtained from Fred Baros (719-859-1813) or
Terrie Baros (720-470-0162).
A trash bin (dumpster) is also available at the ranch entrance for property owners use (leased from Twin Enviro). The same key that opens the parcel box opens the trash bin. This bin is emptied on the first Tuesday of every month. The bin is equipped with a bear heavy lid/lock to prevent critter break ins. The cost of $190 per month
(billed quarterly) is being paid by POA funds.
This bin is only to be used for kitchen waste. Recyclable items, large household trash or building materials should not be placed in the bin in order to save room for kitchen waste (the bin's intended use).

Aspen Rose Ranch has a designated Emergency Evacutation Route. The route can be seen on the Property Map and a sign is located on Aspen Rose Drive.
